What are we looking for? We are looking for a passionate and dynamic FTG Manager to help lead and motivate our team in delivering exceptional customer experience in fast paced environment, reporting to the Site Manager, you will be someone who is hard-working has strong communication skills and is able to coach, empower and engage the new team. Whilst a background in food preparation and/or retail is beneficial, it is not essential as full training will be provided.

What does the role involve? Reporting directly to the Site Manager, you will oversee the entire food-to-go operation, from our very popular serve-over meals counter, to our very busy Subway store and our food preparation area - producing hot and cold food throughout the day - you will adapt to the flow of each day to ensure that availability is maintained whilst minimising wastage and ensuring the customer experience meets our established standards.

· Ensuring stock management is controlled.
· Security and cashing up daily takings
· Day to day duties include managing rotas, cashing up and fully complying with process
· To build trust and confidence with customers and colleagues
What do we need from you?
· Management or supervisory experience is a must
· A positive attitude with good communication and people-management skills
· Excellent customer service record
· An understanding of Food-To-Go environments
This role is full time and will involve working 40 hours per week on a 5 out of 7 basis - including early mornings, afternoons and evenings.
Salary: £13.80/hr
