I am seeking a Registered Manager to Commission and Manage a 60 bedded nursing home to open later this year.
Key Responsibilities of a Nursing Home Manager
1. Overall running of the care home
2. Managing budgets
3. Staff appraisals, meetings and disciplinaries
4. Liaise with outside Healthcare professionals in regards to care
5. To ensure CQC and company policies are followed and adhered to
Nursing Home Manager Requirements:
6. Minimum of a Level 5 NVQ Leadership and Management
7. Experience working in the health care sector
8. Driven, motivated and believe in the quality of care
9. You possess strong leadership and management qualities whilst taking on a dynamic and flexible approach to the role.
