The Opportunity
In this pivotal role, you’ll take ownership of delivering high-level advisory work, guiding clients through complex tax matters, and acting as a trusted expert across all areas of personal tax. You’ll combine technical excellence with leadership, commercial thinking and operational oversight, helping to steer the direction of the team and elevate the firm’s private client offering.
You’ll lead and develop a high-performing team, manage workflow, support recruitment, and mentor future talent. Alongside this, you’ll play a key role in business development — identifying planning opportunities, building strong referral networks, and contributing to marketing and client-facing initiatives.

What You’ll Bring
* CTA, ACA, ACCA or equivalent
* Leadership capability with a passion for developing people
* Commercial awareness and confidence in client-facing situations
* Ability to manage deadlines, risk and complex workloads with ease
* Accountancy practise experience
