We are currently seeking committed, full-time Teaching Assistants and Support Staff for placements starting from September in East Grinstead. These roles are ideal for those looking for stability and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in primary classroom settings.

Key Responsibilities
* Support the class teacher in delivering creative and engaging lessons
* Provide 1:1 and small group support, including to pupils with additional needs
* Assist with classroom setup and routine administrative tasks
* Help foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
Requirements
* Previous experience working with children in a school or similar setting preferred
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* A patient, caring, and proactive attitude
* An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to apply)
