Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality, person-centred care
* Administer medication and carry out clinical procedures in line with best practices
* Monitor and respond to residents’ health and wellbeing
* Maintain accurate care plans and documentation using digital systems
* Collaborate with care staff to ensure consistent and compassionate care
* Provide emotional support to residents and their families
* Ensure compliance with all care home policies and regulations
* Participate in effective handovers and communication across shifts
What We’re Looking For:
* A qualified nurse with a valid NMC PIN
* A caring, empathetic, and professional attitude
* Strong clinical and communication skills
* Confidence working independently during night shifts
* Previous experience in a care home setting is a plus, but not essential
* A genuine passion for delivering outstanding care

*Overtime is paid for working over fulltime hours. Free meals are given if working over an 8 hour shift and are subject to terms and conditions. Discounts are accessed using our ‘Reward Me’ app. Flexible pay is available via ‘STREAM’.
