Your daily clinical framework is led by a resident Lead British Doctor, working in continuous, synchronous collaboration with onboard Physiotherapists and a strictly vetted, Western-trained nursing team.

To ensure our VIP's continuous safety and entirely eliminate practitioner fatigue, we mandate an uncompromising double-nurse shift system. This highly exclusive maritime rotation is strictly reserved for acute care specialists who meet our exacting criteria:
* Education: A Western Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is completely mandatory.
* Experience: 4+ years of recent, high-intensity clinical practice strictly within ICU, ER, or A&E environments.
* Communication: Native or C1 equivalent English fluency, coupled with the unparalleled discretion, deep emotional intelligence, and poised diplomacy required in the elite private sector.
