Job Details Job Description Job Title: Warehouse Operative Department: Warehouse Location: Belfast Reports To: Warehouse Team Manager Salary: £12.54PH Shifts: Sunday 09:00-13:00(4 hours Per Week) Job Purpose: To correctly assemble an order from a pick note. All staff are expected to understand the principles of Good Distribution Practice of Medicinal Products for Human Use (2013/C 68/01) which is reflected in our SOP – REF Chapter 1 AHDL GDP 1.1. It will be a requirement for all staff to be trained in this SOP and have an annual refresher. All other GDP training will be job specific and as per your personal training matrix Key Accountabilities To correctly pick the correct products from as pick note as instructed using a handheld scanner. To ensure you move between stations when required. Where ‘exceptions’ apply, (IE Stock to large for bin or no stock in location) you take them to the proper location to ensure the order is fulfilled appropriately. Special care must be taken to avoid damage and the appropriate box/packaging used – all damages must be reported to the team leader or line supervisor Any pick face errors must be reported to the team leader or line supervisor immediately. Adhere to all company housekeeping procedures. To wear your PPE at all times To meet all health and safety requirements To carry out any reasonable requests as determined by Service Center Management. Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required: Essential · Excellent Customer Care · Intermediate numeracy · Excellent time management and organisational skills.
