Are you an experienced administrator looking to pursue a career as a legal secretary? You will support the Real Estate Litigation team and integrate within the wider PA and Secretarial Hub which will give you exposure to other areas of the business and opportunity to learn from experienced PA's and secretaries. You will join a friendly and supportive team and work closely with the PA Manager to develop your career as a legal secretary. This is a great opportunity for an experienced administrator to gain exposure of supporting a legal team. What you will be doing as a Junior Secretary: Diary management, including the day-to-day organisation and management of diaries; including coordinating schedules and booking appointments. Arranging meetings, including managing room and refreshment bookings and ensuring appropriate notifications are sent to the relevant people. Planning and making travel arrangements and checking travel/accommodation details, including applying for any international travel requirements such as visas. Ensuring that all relevant information is distributed as soon as possible to the relevant individuals. Handling telephone and email enquiries, including responding on behalf of others, either as directed or on own initiative. Typing and general word processing, including audio and copy typing. Prepare documents, correspondence, bills/invoices, forms and checklists in keeping with Walker Morris house style. Prepare letters and correspondence to be posted externally. Providing general administrative support including claiming expenses and closing/archiving files. We offer hybird working at Walker Morris so you can split your time between working from home and the office (a minimum of 3 days in the office per week), or you can be fully office based if preferred. What we are looking for: An experienced administrator with excellent organisational skills. Profecient in Microsoft packages including Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
