Office Administrator / Document Controller

TEJ Heating (Plymouth) Ltd is a well-established, family-run plumbing and heating company based in Plymouth. We specialise in new-build properties and work in partnership with national housebuilders across the South West.
We are currently seeking a proactive and experienced Office Administrator / Document Controller to join our friendly team. You will work closely with the Office Manager and Customer Service Coordinator in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the office.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle incoming phone calls and email enquiries professionally
* Maintain and update our in-house systems
* Assist the Office Manager and Customer Service Coordinator with ad hoc administrative tasks
* Process incoming and outgoing mail
* Manage all material upgrade documentation
* Register boilers and heat pumps
* Enter payroll data accurately
* Perform other general office duties as required
Working Hours & Benefits:
* Full-time: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
* Free on-site parking
* 28 days annual leave (including bank holidays)

Requirements:
* Previous experience in an office administration role
* Background in construction is desirable but not essential
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* A full UK driving licence and access to a car is preferred due to office location
This is a maternity cover position with the possibility of becoming permanent depending on business needs.

Pay: £12.21-£12.50 per hour
