We are recruiting for an experienced Personal Tax Manager to join a highly regarded accountancy firm with a strong presence across Yorkshire. The Role:
* Managing a varied portfolio of private clients, including high-net-worth individuals, business owners, and trusts.
* Overseeing compliance and advisory work, ensuring clients receive expert guidance on tax planning.
* Reviewing work prepared by junior staff and supporting their development.
* Acting as a key point of contact for clients, building strong, long-term relationships.
* Staying up to date with changes in tax legislation and advising clients accordingly.
About You:
* CTA or ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent experience).
* Strong experience in personal tax compliance and advisory work.
* Proven ability to manage a portfolio and develop client relationships.
* Leadership experience or a desire to mentor and develop junior staff.
