SEN Teaching Assistant - Alternative Provision | Dunstable | September Start Not every classroom looks the same - and not every student fits the mainstream system. We're working with a fantastic Alternative Provision in Dunstable that supports secondary-aged students who've faced challenges in mainstream education. They need a strong, calm, and committed SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team from September. What the role looks like: Supporting students 1:1 and in small groups, often with EHCPs Helping young people with SEMH needs, behavioural challenges, or anxiety-related barriers Working closely with teachers, mentors, and support staff to keep students engaged and safe Providing consistency, structure, and emotional support - especially when things feel tough Who we're looking for: Someone with experience working in a school, PRU, youth setting or similar A patient, steady approach - someone who can keep calm when things aren't A genuine passion for helping students who've been let down or left behind Available full-time from September The offer: Pay from £90-£100 per day Full-time, long-term role starting September Ongoing support, CPD and a team that genuinely values what you bring Agency: Tradewind Recruitment If you're the type of person who can build trust, stay consistent, and be the adult a student can rely on - we want to hear from you.
