Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting daily operations through efficient administrative tasks, ensuring smooth communication and data management across departments. Duties
* Managing and maintaining accurate records through data entry and filing systems
* Answering and directing phone calls with professional etiquette
* Preparing correspondence, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office tools
* Recording farm processes using Gatekeeper
* Handling incoming emails and correspondence promptly and efficiently
* Responsible with invoicing, bookkeeping, VAT Returns and financial record keeping using Farmplan
* Supporting various administrative projects as required to ensure operational efficiency
* Ensuring the office environment remains tidy and well-organised
Qualifications
* Proven office experience or administrative experience is essential
* Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Farmplan and Gatekeeper
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
* Good phone etiquette and communication skills
* Experience with data entry and clerical duties is desirable
* Knowledge of Payroll is a plus
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
