Job Description:
We have partnered with a global digital & technology consultancy, specializing in Cloud Adoption, Digital Architecture/Transformation & NextGen AI Solutions. They are seeking a Managing Consultant - Technical Business Analyst to act as a key link between business and technology teams, while managing other Business Analysts. You will leverage your expertise in software architecture and backend frameworks to translate business objectives into technical features that meet client goals and user needs.
This role is fully remote with occasional travel to London, Glasgow, Manchester, or Newcastle.
Salary: £88,000 plus a £8,000 bonus and other benefits.
Must Have Requirements & Experience:
* Must be eligible for or already possess SC Clearance
* Proven experience managing a team of Business Analysts
* Experience in technical design and development of technology-based products
* Experience with technical architecture and technical writing
* Experience in data analysis, data modelling, and data visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau, PowerBI)
* Ability to facilitate end-to-end delivery from research and design to development, testing, and release
* Ability to build, refine, and prioritize an agile backlog for technical requirements
* Experience collaborating with Architects, Data Engineers/Analysts, Technical Designers, Developers
* Ability to learn delivery methodologies like Scrum, SAFE, and Waterfall
* Experience with presales & business development activities, including RFPs, demos, presentations, and bids
Ideally, you would also have:
* Experience in sectors like Public Sector, Utilities, Financial Services, Consumer Products, and Retail
* Supporting internal team operations such as recruitment, client development, line management, training, and mentoring
* Certifications in Business Analysis, Agile Delivery, User-Centred Design, etc.
