Process Engineer responsibilities include
 * Developing and optimising manufacturing processes from concept to production.
 * Assessing production processes, collecting data, and identifying opportunities for efficiency gains.
 * Designing, testing, and upgrading mechanical and automated systems, including batch operations.
 * Leading the introduction and commissioning of new equipment on site.
 * Creating clear documentation, SOPs, and process control plans.
 * Implementing and maintaining 5S and other lean methodologies across production areas.
 * Collaborating with Engineering, Quality, and Production teams to resolve process issues.
 * Supporting NPI and design activities with process data and operational feedback.
Process Engineer desirable skills and experience
 * Experience in a similar role: Process Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer, Continuous Improvement Engineer, or Production Engineer.
 * Proven background in process optimisation, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
 * Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, ERP/MRP systems, and data‑driven analysis.
 * Exposure to PCB, electronics, chemical handling, or automotive manufacturing.
