As a Management Accountant with my client based in Leicester, you will play a pivotal role in their finance team. You will be responsible for preparing accurate and timely management accounts, including weekly Profit and Loss (P&L) statements, analysing labour variances, and maintaining accurate Bill of Materials (BOM) for their list of products. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with various departments and influence strategic financial planning. Prepare weekly Profit and Loss (P&L) accounts, providing insights into financial performance. Analyse labour variances and identify areas for cost control and efficiency improvements. Maintain accurate Bill of Materials (BOM) to support production costing and inventory valuation. Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts, budgets, and forecasts. Conduct detailed cost analysis and identify opportunities for cost optimisation.
