Channel Manager – Global Reseller Network
Salary: £75,000 – £80,000 + benefits

Are you a proven channel sales leader with a solid understanding of how things are made? This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of an established global reseller network for a world-class engineering and manufacturing business, driving both growth and efficiency.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for developing and managing an international network of reseller partners, ensuring they have the tools, training, and commercial support needed to deliver strong performance. This is a hands-on, strategic role, balancing relationship management with process improvement and commercial delivery.
Key responsibilities include:
Growing and strengthening a global reseller network across diverse geographies and market sectors.
Setting and managing performance targets, conducting strategy and compliance reviews.
Creating and executing enablement strategies, including technical training, marketing resources, and sales tools.
Streamlining commercial processes to enhance engagement and sales efficiency.
Identifying and onboarding new partners with aligned incentives and clear commercial terms.
Leveraging digital sales platforms and e-commerce to expand reach and revenue.
About You
We’re looking for a proactive, commercially astute professional with:
Proven channel sales experience, ideally in engineering, manufacturing, or a related technology sector.
A deep understanding of manufacturing processes and the ability to engage with technical products.
Strong track record of delivering significant sales growth in an international context.
Excellent communication skills with the confidence to influence stakeholders at all levels.
A collaborative, adaptable, and resilient approach.

Salary range: £75k – £80k depending on experience.
Ideally based within a commutable distance to Farnborough, though attendance is flexible for exceptional candidates.
International travel required.
