Process & System Optimisation
 * Lead improvements across the full commercial journey: order capture, fulfilment, support, and renewals.
 * Evaluate and enhance processes across ERP (e.g., Oracle/SAP) and CRM (Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud).
 * Identify bottlenecks and system gaps; propose scalable solutions.
 * Translate business needs into system requirements and partner with IT to implement changes.
 * Ensure seamless integration between CRM, ERP, and other tools for accurate reporting and forecasting.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
 * Act as a bridge between regional commercial teams and global functions (Sales, Customer Care, Technical Services, Finance, Operations).
 * Understand local needs and translate them into globally scalable solutions.
 * Drive change management and ensure adoption of new processes and systems.
Governance & Performance
 * Support or lead global governance forums for process and system enhancements.
 * Monitor key operational KPIs and champion data quality and compliance.
 * Maintain process documentation and create training materials for regional teams.
Qualifications
 * Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or related field (Master's preferred).
 * 5+ years in Commercial Operations, Business Operations, or Process Excellence roles.
 * Proven experience with Salesforce and ERP platforms (Oracle, SAP, NetSuite).
 * Strong track record of leading cross‑functional initiatives and system adoption.
Skills & Competencies
 * Deep understanding of commercial processes: order management, fulfilment, invoicing, support, renewals.
 * Advanced Salesforce knowledge (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud); ERP familiarity.
 * Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
 * Analytical mindset with a systems‑thinking approach.
 * Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and proactive.
 * Salesforce Administrator or Business Analyst certification.
 * Experience with Service Cloud, Quote‑to‑Cash workflows, or renewal management.
 * Background in life sciences, technology, or manufacturing environments.
