This Finance Manager for a rapidly growing Family Office paying £60,000 to £75,000 depending on experience with a Discretionary bonus, based in Heart of the West End.
Role
As a Finance Manager, you will work closely with the Finance Director who is all about internal growth and development. Please find a brief outline of the role below:
1. Assist in the development of the business plans and forecasts to estimate the future cash impact of any decisions
2. Assist in the budgets which consolidate into an overall corporate budget and become part of the corporate business plan
3. Assist in the preparation of timely and accurate management reports which provide useful information over and above standard financial reporting
4. Assist in the monitoring capital expenditure budgets
5. Work with the banks and other financial institutions to supply all reporting required in any debt agreements and ensure compliance of all debt covenants
6. Assist in the yearly audit and maintain relationships with external stakeholders
7. Oversee the daily bookkeeping, accounts payable and accounts receivable functions across all group entities
8. Ensure accurate financial records and manage supplier and client transactions
9. Support internal financial reporting processes
10. Reconcile inter-company transactions monthly
11. Prepare weekly payment runs for first approval by FD
12. Set up approved payments
13. Support with bi-weekly payroll run for operating sites against budgets and approve

16. Ideally a short notice however will look at 3 month's notice
