💻 Hybrid | Available after probation period

💰 Offer | £45,000 - £55,000 per annum + benefits


We are working with a top legal firm near to Leicester with a wider presence across Cambridgeshire and the Midlands who are looking to bring someone into their Employment team.


They would be open to taking candidates who are newly qualified up to 2 years PQE to join their team as this position would be an additional hire. They want someone who wants to develop their career and help to grow the business.


Typical duties would include:

* Advising clients and ensuring a high level of service is maintained at all times
* Preparing and reviewing legal documentation.
* Ensuring compliance with management processes
* Updating and consulting Senior Associates and Partners
* Managing client cases from start to finish


The successful candidate:

1. Newly qualified solicitor or up to 2 years PQE.
2. Able to deal with straightforward transactions
3. Able to identify legal principles and to apply them appropriately
