We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Senior Beauty Therapist to join our lovely, friendly team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in delivering exceptional beauty treatments and providing outstanding customer service. The Senior Beauty Therapist will be responsible for performing a wide range of beauty services at a high level and ensuring the highest standards of hygiene and client satisfaction are maintained at all times.

You will need to be able to work on some Saturdays and late night Thursdays,
Responsibilities
* Delivering a comprehensive range of beauty treatments including facials, waxing, intimate waxing using Lycon hot wax, manicures, pedicures, massage treatments and specialised skincare procedures
* Experience in any of the following will be advantageous: Genuine Hydrafacial, CACI treatments, Microdermabrasion, Guinot, Jan Marini Peels, Dermaquest, LVL lash lift and Motus Moveo/Alexandrite Laser treatments, IPL skin rejuvenation.
* Providing expert advice on skincare routines and product recommendations tailored to individual needs
* Maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in all treatment areas in accordance with health and safety regulations
* Building strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business
* Mentoring junior therapists, sharing knowledge, and supporting their professional development
* Managing appointment schedules efficiently to optimise client flow and minimise waiting times
Skills
* Proven experience as a Beauty Therapist with a strong portfolio of treatments performed
* Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English
* Strong communication skills to understand client needs and provide personalised advice
* Organised with the ability to manage multiple appointments simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
* Professional demeanour with a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
