Territory Account Manager
Location: Blackpool
Salary: £27,000 – £29,000 + uncapped commission (OTE £34,000)
The Opportunity
We are seeking a relationship-driven Territory Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of clients across Blackpool and surrounding areas. This role suits someone who thrives on autonomy, building partnerships, and delivering long-term value to customers. You will be supported with structured training, ongoing coaching, and clear opportunities to progress.
1-stage in-person interview taking place in the first week of July.
The Role
This is a field-based position where you will be responsible for managing accounts, generating new business opportunities, and building strong commercial relationships within your territory.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts
* Identify and win new business opportunities within your territory
* Conduct face-to-face meetings with clients on a daily/weekly basis
* Build strong relationships with decision makers and stakeholders
* Understand client needs and present tailored solutions
* Work towards and exceed revenue and activity targets
* Maintain accurate records using CRM systems
* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a high level of service
What We Are Looking For
* Previous experience in sales, account management or customer-facing roles is beneficial
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Target-driven mindset with a desire to earn commission
* Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a field-based role
* Positive attitude with strong resilience and ambition
* Full UK driving licence (essential)
