Position:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Ward Clerical Officer based at University Hospital Crosshouse. This is a 12 month, fixed-term position.
What you will do:
Duties include the maintenance and filing of patients confidential records, recording patient related data, admissions and booking out-patient appointments using the computerised Patient Management System. Providing reception services, answering telephones and relaying messages.

Knowledge, training and/or experience required to do the job:
* You should be able to work flexibly in order to meet service demands.
* Candidates should possess SVQ Level 2 in administration or equivalent qualification or experience.

Hours:
37 hours per week.
Monday – Thursday 8am – 4.15pm [45 min break]
Friday – 8am – 3.45pm [45 minute break]
