Your Responsibilities
5. Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring strong relationships and exceptional service.
6. Handle day-to-day administration of broking accounts and keep our CRM system up to date.
7. Manage the renewal cycle, delivering target retention and growth rates.
8. Achieve team KPIs and contribute to overall business success.
9. Attend insurer and client meetings, representing Acrisure UK with professionalism and expertise.
10. Advise and respond to client enquiries promptly, delivering first-class service.
11. Prepare marketing material for submission and placement.
12. Deliver accurate advice and service as the client’s trusted advisor.
13. Procure new business to hit individual and team targets.
14. Ensure all documentation complies with policies and procedures.
15. Continuously develop and improve your knowledge of the industry, market, and products.
16. Maintain and uphold regulatory and compliance requirements.
What We’re Looking For
17. Experience in trade credit insurance or commercial insurance (preferred).
