Document Controller – South London – Long Term
We are currently seeking an experienced Document Controller for a groundworks and civils project based in South London. This is a long-term freelance opportunity offering a competitive day rate and an immediate start.
The Role
You will be responsible for supporting the site team with document control, QA processes and general project administration. The role will involve managing project documentation, assisting with site paperwork and ensuring information is recorded and distributed correctly.
Key Responsibilities

Managing and maintaining project documentation

Uploading and tracking site records using Fieldview
*
Assisting the site team with QA documentation and records
*
Supporting with daily paperwork and site administration
*
Ensuring documents are stored, organised and distributed correctly
*
Liaising with the project team to ensure records are kept up to date
Requirements
*
Previous experience working as a Document Controller within construction
*
Experience on groundworks or civils projects preferred
*
Strong IT skills and confident using digital document systems
*
Experience using Fieldview
*
Strong organisational and communication skills
