Van Driver (Luton Van) - Temporary Position
We are currently recruiting for a reliable and experienced Van Driver (Luton Van) for a temporary assignment of a minimum of 2 weeks based in Portglenone.
Job Details
1. Location: Portglenone
2. Duration: Minimum 2 weeks
3. Working Hours:Monday to Thursday: 7:30am - 5:00pmFriday: 7:30am - 4:00pm
4. Vehicle: Luton Van
5. Delivery Area: Approximately 30-40 mile radius from Portglenone
Main Duties
6. Delivering goods safely and efficiently to customers and businesses
7. Loading and unloading deliveries
8. Carrying out daily vehicle checks and reporting any issues
9. Maintaining cleanliness and basic upkeep of the vehicle
10. Completing delivery paperwork and records accurately
11. Providing excellent customer service during deliveries
12. Following all road safety and company procedures
Requirements
13. Full clean UK driving licence
14. Previous van driving experience preferred
15. Experience driving a Luton van is advantageous
16. Good knowledge of local routes and surrounding areas
17. Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
18. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
19. Good communication skills
