What We’re Looking For
* Experience in SEN or PRU settings
* Strong understanding of SEMH and positive behaviour strategies
* GCSEs in English & Maths (A-C)* or equivalent
* HLTA Training / Assessment
* Ability to lead learning activities and support teachers effectively
* Resilient, patient, and passionate about inclusive education
* Skilled in de-escalating challenging situations calmly and safely
