I am currently working with the leading reservation technology platform company who are looking for a German speaking Business Development Executive with excellent interpersonal skills for their growing Sales team. The ideal candidate will support the continued expansion of the DACH market.
You’ll be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and engaging potential customers, providing the sales team with high-quality leads that convert.
You’ll join a team of dedicated, passionate, and driven sales professionals focused on delivering success for their partners and exceptional experiences for their customers.
In this role, you will:
* Generate sales leads and support prospecting efforts by contacting potential clients and scheduling appointments for Account Executives within your region.
* Execute lead generation initiatives developed by the Marketing team.
* Create and deliver compelling sales communications to prospects through speaking, direct mail and targeted email campaigns, as well as inbound leads.
* Provide ongoing sales support, ensuring smooth lead handovers to Account Executives and delivering a positive experience for prospects. Respond to inquiries and share additional product information as needed.
* Keep management informed of all activities through timely and accurate reporting.
* Travel occasionally for training, market research, and sales initiatives, including organizing and attending regional trade shows.
Requirements
* Fluent to native level in German
* Previous experience in lead generation, sales, or business development (preferred)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Comfortable with outbound outreach and follow-ups
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
* Familiarity with CRM systems and lead generation tools is a plus
* Results-oriented mindset with attention to detail
* Experience with Salesforce is beneficial.
