Your Role: Deliver engaging, well-planned science lessons that help students achieve strong progress Adapt your teaching methods to suit the diverse SEN needs of your pupils Monitor and evaluate student work regularly, providing helpful and constructive feedback Keep accurate records and report on student development in line with school guidelines Manage classroom behaviour positively and consistently, in line with school policies Participate actively in school life and events as needed Travel between different school sites and outreach locations, sometimes using your own vehicle to transport students What You’ll Bring: Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all students Adherence to school policies and professional standards The ability to build positive, trusting relationships with pupils and colleagues Respect for confidentiality and readiness to raise concerns through proper channels Requirements: GCSEs in English and Maths at grade C or equivalent A recognised teaching qualification Confident use of ICT tools for teaching and assessment Reliable, patient, and trustworthy nature Recent proven experience delivering science lessons effectively at class or group level Experience working with pupils with Special Educational Needs High levels of empathy and patience Safer Recruitment Checks: Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check (Update Service registration can be arranged) Submission of two professional references from the last 24 months Overseas Police Check if you have lived outside the UK for over six months in the last five years Please send your CV with your application.
