This role involves working on a shift pattern of 3 shifts on, 3 shifts off, from 10am to 3pm.
Role Overview
As an Activities Co-ordinator at HC-One, kindness is at the heart of everything you do. You will plan and implement activities to delight our Residents, assist with organizing fundraising events, and promote social engagement based on Residents' hobbies. You will work with a sense of kindness and consideration, fostering a positive environment.
Candidate Requirements
We seek someone with experience working with vulnerable individuals, ideally in developing activity programmes. Your positive energy, organizational skills, IT proficiency, and ability to communicate kindly are essential. You should be able to recognize signs of abuse, harm, or neglect and know how to report concerns. Attendance at safeguarding training is required.
