What We Offer:
* £41,500 per year (£798 per week) basic salary plus uncapped bonus potential
* Guaranteed £600 bonus for your first three months and 10% monthly profit share bonus thereafter

Your Role:
* Work Monday to Friday (days) and Saturday mornings only
* Perform multi-skilled vehicle body repairs, including paint, panel, and MET
* Deliver high-quality repairs that meet business and customer standards
* Provide excellent customer service every time
* Collaborate with colleagues and suppliers
* Maintain strict health and safety compliance with accurate documentation
Requirements:
* Previous experience in multi-skilled vehicle body repair
* BS 10125 or minimum NVQ Level 3 in relevant competencies
* ATA cosmetic accreditation preferred
* Strong technical skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
