We are proud to be working in partnership with our client within the Healthcare sector, based in Nottinghamshire, who are currently recruiting for a Web & Customer Communications Lead on a permanent contract.
The position will be on a full-time basis with a salary starting £60,000 rising in increments to £70,500 in year 3 (starting salary is negotiable) plus a £7,000 car allowance per annum and up to 15% annual bonus.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
* Ensuring that an internal/cross-functional customer account team maintains high-quality customer information; monitoring and reviewing information quality to ensure that it is fit for purpose
* Providing user input to the improvement of the CRM system to ensure that it meets immediate and longer-term business needs
* Managing key aspects of the data management system including being responsible for developing and operating key elements
* Maintaining and improving day-to-day digital channel operations and functionality by supporting technical changes for the client-facing digital platforms
* Developing a plan for significant aspects of external communications with guidance from senior colleagues
* Communicating the actions needed to implement the functions strategy and business plan within the team and motivating people to commit to the mission, vision and values of the organisation to achieve local business goals
* Developing digital training and development programs to meet identified needs
* Detecting and analysing security incident including attacks, breaches and identified vulnerabilities and remediating any security gaps in line with the incident management procedure
Expertise required:
* Ability to rebuild a website if required to ensure it works for customer requirements
* Able to navigate different landscapes within a large and complicated matrix organisation
* Previous experience of carrying out focus groups and compile detailed research date on suppliers’ requirements
* To have worked with high numbers of key stakeholders at any one time

Working hours:
* 37 hours per week
* Monday – Friday, 8am – 4pm or 9am-5pm
* 2/3 days WFH per week
