An opportunity has arisen for a motived and enthusiastic Teacher of Chemistry to join our team in August .
The Science department is a successful team of 7 staff, delivering a range of subjects and experiences for our pupils.
Crieff High School currently has a role of approximately young people. Working together we strive to help all young people to be the best they can. Crieff High School can be found in the heart of Strathearn and our School is part of Strathearn Community Campus. With many different partners operating from the campus including, Live Active Leisure and Culture Perth and Kinross, the opportunities available to both pupils and staff are well received. Our school catchment covers a wide area of beautiful landscapes and is a short commute from both Perth and Stirling of approximately 30-40 minutes.
The Individual
The successful candidate will have appropriate qualifications and registration to teach Chemistry.
The successful post-holder should have a thorough knowledge of pedagogies that engage learners.
The successful candidate will take account of needs of all learners in their classroom and ensure inclusive practice that leads to positive outcomes for learners. High aspiration for learners, good communications skills and respectful relationships are key to the department's success and the successful applicant will be skilled in positive relationship techniques including restorative approaches.
