As Senior Sous Chef you will lead and mentor junior chefs, support career development, play a key role in menu creation and innovation, and contribute to a collaborative kitchen that regularly updates its seasonal menu.

* Proven experience as a Senior Sous Chef in fine‑dining or Rosette‑rated restaurant in London.
