As a CAMO Maintenance Planner you will be part of the Belgium CAMO team within NHV Group. Your focus will be on the base maintenance planning and component line replacement planning of the assigned helicopter fleet. The input for this planning originates from the Aircraft Maintenance Programme (AMP) and the frequency depends on operational requirements and availability. The function therefore requires close contact with different stakeholders within the company, such as the NHV Maintenance (Part-145) and Operational department.
Respons. & areas
· Act as a primary Liaison between the CAMO and the maintenance organization (P-145) concerning the base maintenance planning of the assigned helicopter fleet;
· Work closely together with the CAMO Type Engineer of the assigned fleet to ensure correct and efficient planning;
· Ensure line components are planned and ordered in time for the assigned fleet;
· Follow the procedures established by the CAMO to ensure good planning.
· Organize and host weekly meeting to discuss planning with the different NHV departments (Ops, P-145, Fleet, CAMO, Supplychain,…);
· Work closely together with P-145 production planning staff for base maintenance;
· Ensure planning is updated following a revision of the AMP;
· Keep track of the use of tolerance as approved in the AMP;
· Coordinate rotable parts availability for work packs created with the purchase department;
· Weekly review of deferred defects (DDS and MDDS) and assignment of a due date to the MDDS tasks in cooperation with the Type Engineer;
· Anticipate storage regime to be applied before base maintenance.
Experience
· Bachelor degree (preferably in aviation) or equivalent through experience;
· Experience in CAMO is an advantage;
· Relevant planning experience.
Skills
· ICT literate (MS Office, Rusada Envision or specific aviation software is considered a plus)
· Languages: English: professional level speaking – writing – understanding; French: professional level speaking – writing – understanding is a plus
· Knowing and playing by the procedures & processes (operational, quality, safety,…) installed by the company
· Strong planning and organization skills
· Ability to communicate/report clearly and effectively with all layers in organizations and with suppliers.
· Ability to make analyses, pro-actively propose areas of improvement, take initiatives, solution driven.
· Ability to work under pressure
