Key Responsibilities will include:
* Respond to new and existing customer enquiries via phone, email and onsite, follow up with necessary paperwork.
* Provide outstanding customer service, addressing and resolving issues promptly.
* Maintain client records and update databases accurately.
* Working with Transport Manager to adjust drivers schedules as needed
* Liaising with customers to organise collection schedules
* Communicate with drivers to provide instructions and ensure they have necessary information for collections and deliveries.
* Learning all aspects of the weighbridge, weighing in and out loads, all the necessary paperwork including export documentation
· Weekly spreadsheets reports and documentation for Perrys Sales, Commercial & Accounts departments.
· Liaising with all depots and Production for collection of outgoing and incoming loads, organising booking time slots and updating relevant people of any changes.
· Checking waste carrier licences
· Support other members of the Transport and Management Teams with various ad-hoc tasks as needed.

Pay: £24,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
