Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position as an Administrative Assistant located in Sheffield. The role involves providing administrative support, managing schedules, handling phone communications, and performing clerical tasks. The Administrative Assistant will also assist executives, maintain organized systems, and ensure the smooth flow of day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Support daily operations across manufacturing, logistics, and customer service.
* Process and manage online and wholesale orders via our e-commerce and internal systems.
* Coordinate with workshop staff to ensure timely production and dispatch of footwear.
* Liaise with suppliers for materials, tracking deliveries and maintaining inventory records.
* Handle customer enquiries via email and phone in a professional and timely manner.
* Assist with packaging and quality control checks before dispatch.
* Maintain accurate data records, reports, and documentation (e.g. order tracking, stock levels).
* Support planning and delivery of custom or made-to-order footwear projects.
* Assist the Operations Manager with workflow improvements and operational planning.
* Work closely with marketing, sales, and production teams to align on priorities.

* Comfortable using spreadsheets, order management systems, and e-commerce platforms.

* Interest in high-quality products, footwear, or fashion manufacturing.
Desirable
* Experience with Shopify, ERP tools, or inventory management systems.
* Background in retail, DTC brands, or manufacturing environments.
