Job Title: Senior Care Assistant (Agency) Location: Chesterfield Shifts: Predominantly Night Shifts Hours: 33–44 hours per week Overview: We are currently seeking experienced and reliable Senior Care Assistants (SCAs) to join our agency team, supporting residential and dementia care homes across the Nottingham and Chesterfield areas. This role is primarily focused on night shifts and requires individuals who can demonstrate strong leadership, professionalism, and hands-on care experience. Essential Requirements: NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (or higher) Minimum of 6 months proven experience working as a Senior Care Assistant within a residential and dementia care home setting Ability to work between 33–44 hours per week Strong leadership skills and confidence in supervising a team Demonstrated track record of working effectively in a senior role Important: We are unable to consider applicants who have not previously worked in a Senior Care Assistant role, regardless of potential suitability.
