Project Manager Hull £60k Client and role ; One of our local, well-established companies based in Hull, are looking for a project Manager with a background in Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning. This company is very well respected in the local area and has a proven track record of creating a supportive environment for all employees. Our client is a specialist in the design and manufacture of high integrity heating, ventilating and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment for offshore oil and gas, nuclear, marine, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, process and energy sectors. The Project Manager oversees all aspects of a project, ensuring it's completed on time, within budget, and to the required standards. They are responsible for planning, organising, and directing project completion, managing resources, and communicating with stakeholders. In essence, the Project Manager is the conductor of the project orchestra, ensuring all the instruments (team members) play together harmoniously to create a successful outcome. Duties ; Lead, manage and coach the Project Management department - upskill where required Communicate regular progress updates to executive leadership team and clients Drive execution of individual projects (customer orders, capex and/or new product introduction) to ensure on-time delivery within the project budget Collaborate with associated personnel on project scope, timeline, and allocated resources Create a budget, a schedule, and action items for team members Prepare briefings for team members before meetings and conference calls Track overall project initiative progress using Microsoft Project or equivalent Ensure project complies with all health and safety requirements Negotiate solutions to any issues based on company policy and procedure Draft progress reports and reviews for stakeholders Prioritise own workload to meet project / business needs Develop and maintain key contacts both internally and externally General duties as delegated within the overall range of the post To comply with employee duties and responsibilities under health and safety legislation and comply with Company rules as detailed in various health and safety policies and procedures. Create and update Microsoft Project plans Presentations for project stage sign off's Technical Documentation to accompany project scope Support all reporting requirementsExperience and Qualifications ; Bachelor's in Project Management (Master's preferred but not required) Minimum 4 year's experience in successful operations & project leadership Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Project, or equivalent Excellent interpersonal communication skills and establishing professional rapport Good negotiating skills and problem-solving skillsSalary Our client is looking to secure the ideal candidate with an attractive Salary of around £60k per annum this comes with the following Benefits: Pension 5% (Employee) / 3% (Company), Life Insurance x4 basic, (email address removed) medical assistance
