Are you passionate about making a real difference in people’s lives? We’re looking for committed Accommodation Support Officers to support individuals with their housing needs.
In this role, you will manage a caseload of adult males in custody, working closely with Probation Practitioners. You will assess needs, develop tailored accommodation plans, and support participants to overcome housing challenges while understanding their rights and responsibilities.
You'll also maintain accurate records, manage your caseload, and build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to achieve positive outcomes.
