A Fantastic Opportunity: Business Analyst/Project Coordinator
As a Training Academy Business Analyst, your role is to provide support for the effective running of the Electricity North West Talent Team and the wider People & Corporate Services directorate, as appropriate. You will provide support to the Talent team and wider PCS team by gathering, interpreting, developing, and sharing data to ensure that business needs, Programmes, Projects & systems requirements are met, and existing business processes are enhanced.
What we're looking for:
We're looking for someone with experience in an administrative or customerfocused environment who is either already qualified as a Business Analyst or keen to work towards BCS Practitioner level. You'll bring practical experience supporting business analysis activities such as scoping, testing, and implementation, along with the ability to analyse data, draw meaningful conclusions, and present information clearly. A strong eye for detail, a commitment to data accuracy, and the ability to develop and improve business processes are all important. You'll be organised, selfmotivated, and comfortable prioritising work, meeting deadlines, and using your initiative to solve problems. A full UK driving licence is required, as the role may involve occasional travel to ENWL sites. Familiarity with ENWL's operational training and authorisation framework, or with systems such as LMS, Skillko, or Moodle, is ideal
