Residential Support Worker – Children's Residential Home (Maghull)

Salary: £13 - £13.60 per hour (plus £70 per sleep)

Flora Care Solutions provides specialist therapeutic residential care for children with Autism, ADHD and learning difficulties. As a growing organisation, we are proud to open a beautiful new 3-bed children's home in Maghull and are seeking compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to join our team.
Our leadership team has a strong background in achieving positive outcomes with Ofsted, and we provide comprehensive training and development to support your career growth.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality care and support to children and young people.
* Assist with daily routines, personal care, meal preparation, and educational support.
* Safeguard young people in line with organisational policies.
* Build positive and trusting relationships with children, families, and professionals.
* Support children in recreational and therapeutic activities.
* Contribute to a stable and nurturing home environment.
* Develop and follow individual care plans.
* Maintain accurate records and reports.
* Drive children to appointments and activities (if applicable).
* Participate in sleep-in duties as part of the rota.
Requirements
* Minimum 1 years' experience supporting young people in a children's residential or similar setting.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Basic IT skills for record-keeping.
* Understanding of child development and care planning.
* Compassion, resilience, and a genuine desire to make a positive difference.
