* You will define and establish integration architecture for a major UK retail planning transformation.
* Exposure to complex, high-volume data integrations supporting critical business planning cycles.
* Play a key role in creating a scalable integration foundation supporting future modules and AI-enabled planning capabilities.
The Role
As a Integration Architect, you will be
* Lead the end-to-end integration architecture for the o9 planning platform, ensuring seamless data flow between ERP, merchandising, supply chain, sales, and downstream systems.
* Act as a trusted technical advisor to business, IT, and vendors, defining scalable, secure, and high-performance integration solutions.
* Own integration strategy, design across multiple workstreams, supporting both current MFP implementation and future roadmap modules (DP, A&R)
Your responsibilities:
* Own integration architecture and design for o9, covering inbound and outbound data flows, interfaces, and data orchestration etc.
* Define and govern integration patterns ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture
* Partner closely with ERP, merchandising, supply chain, and data teams to understand source systems and design robust integration solutions.
* Provide technical leadership and mentoring to integration consultants and vendors in a multi-vendor environment.
* Drive data consistency, security, and compliance, ensuring integrations meet enterprise security standards.
Your Profile
Essential skills/knowledge/experience:
* Proven experience designing and leading enterprise-scale system integrations, ideally involving planning platforms (o9 preferred) and ERP/retail systems.
* Solid understanding of data architecture, data quality, reconciliation, and performance in high-volume, business-critical integrations.
* Ability to lead technical design discussions, work with senior stakeholders, and drive decisions in a complex, multi-vendor environment.
Desirable skills/knowledge/experience:
* Strong experience as an Integration Architect on large enterprise transformation programs.
* Hands-on experience on o9 integration planning platforms with ERP, merchandising, supply chain.
* Strong understanding of data models, data quality, and reconciliation in planning and analytics environments.
* Experience working in cloud-based architecture (Azure / AWS / GCP) with security and performance best practices
