Job Profile
We are seeking candidates with experience in B2B customer account management or customer service. The role suits those who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks with attention to detail, aiming to exceed sales targets, and working effectively under pressure. This position is based in our office.
Primary Responsibilities
1. Handling inbound inquiries via phone and email.
2. Achieving team-based targets.
3. Accurate data entry of quotations and orders, maintaining up-to-date records.
4. Developing strong product knowledge to support customers.
5. Recording interactions, transactions, complaints, inquiries, and comments.
6. Ensuring customer satisfaction through critical task management.
7. Managing orders from initial quote to delivery, including artwork and manufacturing.
Skills and Experience
* Proven experience in customer service or sales roles.
* Excellent customer service skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Experience in proactive customer engagement.
* Polite and professional phone manner.
