Call Centre Agent, Telford, TF3 4NT
Wescot Credit Services is looking for Call Centre Agents to join our outsource campaigns starting 2nd June 2025. We seek team players who share our enthusiasm, work ethic, and commitment to 5-star customer service.
As a Call Centre Agent at Wescot, you will:
1. Handle inbound and outbound calls, identify patterns, and recognize potentially vulnerable customers.
2. Use active listening skills to support our customers in achieving financial wellbeing.
3. Show empathy and resilience, comfortably discuss difficult subjects, and deliver tailored solutions with care.
4. Pay great attention to detail and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
You will start with a 4-week training program to learn about our business, clients, systems, and how to support our customers effectively. This training will be held at our Telford office, Monday – Friday: 9am – 5pm.
After training, you will transition to our weekly shift patterns, with options for either a 37.5 or 40-hour contract. Our operating hours are between Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 6.30pm, and 1 in 3 Saturdays, 8.30am – 1pm, with a day off during the week prior to your Saturday shift.

* Salary from £25,396 (based on 40 hours per week), with potential increases depending on experience.
