Overview
Nottinghamshire Health Informatics Service is looking for a motivated and confident individual to join our Technical Services team as an End User Device (EUD) Apprentice. This entry‑level position offers the opportunity to begin a digital career within a leading IM&T service, supporting over 13,000 users across nearly 800 sites.
Responsibilities
* Work alongside End User Device Engineers and the EUC Service Support Manager/Team Leader, providing technical and user support across hospital and community sites, including GP practices and community services.
* Assist in the build and commissioning of new and used equipment such as workstations, laptops, iDevices and printers.
* Participate in patching and maintaining network equipment.
* Support troubleshooting and user assistance tasks under the supervision of an engineer.
Requirements
* Completion of a Level 3 Information Communication Technician course (or equivalent).
