Job Description: Nursery Teacher

Salary:
£200 - £300 Per day
Job Duties:
1. Plan and deliver engaging and educational lessons to young children in a nursery setting
2. Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and play
3. Monitor and assess children's progress and development
4. Collaborate with parents and colleagues to support the overall development of each child
5. Ensure compliance with relevant health and safety regulations
Required Qualifications:
6. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
7. Experience working with young children
8. Good communication and interpersonal skills
Education:
Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a nursery or early years setting
Knowledge and Skills:
9. Understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
10. Ability to create and implement age-appropriate learning activities
11. Strong behaviour management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
12. Additional qualifications in child development or early childhood education
13. First Aid certification
Working Conditions:
The role involves working with young children in a nursery setting, which may require standing for extended periods and occasional lifting of children. The working hours are full-time, and the position is temporary.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
