Job Responsibilities:
* Support and manage hardware break-fix issues.
* Configure and manage printers and software installations.
* Serve as the first point of contact via phone, email, or ticket for customer or internal queries.
* Communicate support updates to customers.
* Work within SLAs, KPIs, and strategic goals.
* Create and update knowledge base articles.
* Manage the ServiceNow ticketing system.
* Maintain up-to-date training.
Experience, Skills, and Personal Qualities:
* Excellent customer service and communication skills.
* Strong analytical thinking skills.
* Ability to follow detailed administration instructions accurately.
* Organized with the ability to prioritize workload.
* Proficient in Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Good knowledge of O365, Windows Server, and Active Directory.
* Experience with ServiceNow is advantageous but not essential.
* Previous helpdesk experience is advantageous but not essential.
* Self-motivated team player with pride in delivering excellent service.
* Professional work ethic with attention to detail.
* Ability to multitask effectively.
* ITIL and Microsoft certifications are beneficial but not mandatory.
