This programme is ideal for strong academic graduates, particularly those from Russell Group universities, who are eager to develop into confident, outstanding teachers through a practical, school-led training route.
About the Programme
This is a full-time, one-year teacher training programme delivered within high-performing schools in Central London. Trainees gain valuable classroom experience while receiving structured training, mentoring, and professional development throughout the academic year.
During the programme you will benefit from:
* A Summer Institute induction before the academic year begins
* A main school placement where you will teach and train throughout the year
* A second school placement to broaden your experience
* Weekly professional development sessions and training
* Regular mentoring, lesson observations, and structured feedback
At the end of the programme, successful trainees will gain:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* The option to achieve a PGCE with Master’s-level credits
After completing the programme, trainees move into the Early Career Teacher (ECT) phase and are well positioned to secure long-term teaching positions.

Candidate Requirements
We are looking for ambitious graduates who:
* Hold a Bachelor’s degree (minimum 2:1) in a relevant subject
* Have GCSEs (Grade 4 or above) in English, Maths and Science
* Possess excellent communication skills
* Are confident, enthusiastic and passionate about working with young people
Previous experience in schools, tutoring, mentoring or youth work is desirable but not essential.
