Overview
We are looking for an experienced Corporate Solicitor to join an award‑winning firm and play a key role in driving the ongoing development of the corporate practice across the Somerset region.
The Role
* Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a range of commercial agreements.
* Managing company constitutional changes, share structures and company secretarial tasks.
* Handling sales and purchases of shares and assets.
* Managing commercial contracts, franchise and joint venture agreements.
* Preparing debentures and handling directors' guarantees.
* Supporting company refinancing and advising commercial and private clients.
* Conducting legal research and contributing to team projects.
* Ensuring efficient file management and smooth progression of matters.
