Key Responsibilities:
* Engage with key internal stakeholders to understand development needs and ensure alignment with training goals.
* Develop and deliver high-quality learning solutions that promote best practices, compliance, and continuous improvement.
* Evaluate and improve the effectiveness of training programs.
* Manage and maintain accurate training records, and report on training attendance and effectiveness.
* Perform any additional tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications & Skills:
* Experience in sales training and commercial roles.
* Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
* Confident in delivering face-to-face and online learning solutions.
* Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
* Self-motivated with strong time management and attention to detail.
* Ability to adapt to different learning styles and changing priorities.
